* Introduction
InfraGeo Silt Fence is specially designed for the purpose of environmental preservation and protection of ocean resources by preventing diffusion of pollution originated from dredging or reclamation works.
* Structure
1) Float Part
① Assembled Type - Consisting of two semicircular polystyrene foams
inside polyethylene covers.
② Single Body Type - Consisting of circular polystyrene foams covered
by tarpaulin sheets.
2) Canvas Part : High tenacity polyester woven fabric which maintains
a good filtration and durability.
3) Connection Part : Consists of some accessories to connect between
canvas part and anchor blocks.

* Installation Method of Silt Fence
1) Preparation
Mark the proper places after consideration of the site such as ocean
current direction and velocity from silts occuring area.
2) Placement of anchor blocks
Place the main(sub) anchor blocks at intervals of ten( five)meters.
The weight of anchor blocks should be over than the total load of
canvas external - forced.
3) Towing and installation of silt fence
Tow the silt protector to the site and then install it at the designated
place by using a small tug boat.
And connect the anchor blocks and the silt fence with wire ropes.
